Scott Martin, VP Sales, Commercial Services

Scott has built a solid reputation as a trusted, knowledgeable, and experienced energy professional.  He has provided solutions in the nation’s largest deregulated energy markets for over 11 years and has worked directly with some of the nation’s largest retailers, sports franchises, facility management groups, and consulting firms in the country. Currently, Scott is responsible for all sales related strategies and activities for the Commercial Services Division. This includes both the Texas (ERCOT) and NY (ConEd) markets for commodity sales, and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and Carbon Offsets nationally.

Since beginning his career in energy in 1999, he has gained extensive experience in both consumer and business-to-business environments. Scott has served in senior executive roles in:

•  Retail electricity industry
•  Solar (PPA) industry
•  Energy and carbon consulting

Scott is a graduated of the University of San Diego with a BA in Environmental Studies.

Scott holds the following professional certifications from the Association of Energy Engineers:

•  Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP)
•  Certified Carbon Reduction Manager (CRM)
