Texas Payment Methods

Green Mountain offers many convenient methods for paying your Texas residential electric bill.

By Mail

Return payment with the receipt enclosed with the bill to:

Online

To pay your bill on Green Mountain’s website at no charge, click here.  You can also pay your bill on your bank’s website — most banks offer online options for paying your bills. Check yours for availability.

By Phone

You may remit your payment at no charge through our automated system at 1-866-785-4668 with credit card or checking account, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.  You may also remit your payment with a live phone agent for a processing fee of $5.95.

In Person

Pay in person at participating retailers, including HEB and Fiesta stores as well as other locations, for no additional fee. This is a special benefit for Green Mountain customers.
