How do I qualify for the Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan?

First, you’ll need to enter your ZIP code in the field above. If you live in an area where we offer the plan and you aren’t already a Green Mountain Energy customer, you can sign up today.

 

Can I switch to this plan if I’m already a Green Mountain Energy customer?

No. Only new customers are eligible to sign up for the Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan. If you’re a current Green Mountain Energy customer, you’re not able to swap your existing plan for the Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan at this time.

 

If I’m currently enrolled with another electricity supplier, do I need to switch to Green Mountain Energy to get this plan?

Yes. The Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan is only available through Green Mountain Energy, so you’ll need to become our customer to start earning AdvantEdge Rewards points.

 

How do I sign up for the Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan?

It’s easy! Once you select the plan that’s right for you, all you have to do is provide your current account number or customer number, which you can find on your most recent electricity bill. We’ll handle the rest and you won’t experience any interruption in your electricity service.

 

How does the Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan work?

When you sign up for the Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan, the electricity that powers your home is backed by 100% clean, renewable wind energy from national sources. After you complete 2 months of active service with us, you’ll earn 10,000 AdvantEdge Rewards points (a $100 value) for each electricity account you enroll, plus an additional 1,000 points (a $10 value) after every 6 months of service. The points you earn will appear in your AdvantEdge Rewards account within 8 weeks.

 

How do I redeem my AdvantEdge Rewards?

You can use your points at any Price Chopper or Market 32 location, online at rewards.pricechopper.com, or at any participating Sunoco gas station. How do I check my AdvantEdge Rewards balance?

You can check your current AdvantEdge Rewards point balance in the Price Chopper app, by visiting pricechopper.com, or by logging in to your account at rewards.pricechopper.com. If you’d like a printed version of your AdvantEdge Rewards point balance, you can also find it on your Price Chopper or Market 32 store receipt.

 

Who do I contact if I haven’t received my rewards or have issues with my AdvantEdge Rewards?

If you have questions about your AdvantEdge Rewards, you can contact Price Chopper / Market 32 customer support at 1 (800) 666-7667.

 

Can I get the extra 10,000 points more than once?

No. Since the 10,000 points are earned as a bonus for signing up, they are a one-time reward per household for enrolling in a new plan.

If you enroll multiple households in the Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan, you may be able to receive 10,000 points per household, provided each home stays enrolled in active electricity service for longer than 2 months. Each household can also receive an extra 1,000 points for every 6 months of active service.

 

Can my AdvantEdge Rewards be applied as a discount to my electricity bill?

No. AdvantEdge Rewards points may not be applied as credits or offsets to reduce the amount owed on your electricity bill.

 

What happens to my AdvantEdge Rewards points if my plan contract ends?

You will keep your points. When your Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan contract ends, any points you earned will remain in your AdvantEdge Rewards account until they are redeemed or expire. Can I renew my plan if my contract ends?

Toward the end of your contract term, you may be offered the option to renew your Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan. If you choose to renew, you’ll continue to receive 1,000 points after every 6 months of service. If you change to a different plan or electricity supplier, you will no longer be eligible to receive points associated with the Pollution Free Wind with AdvantEdge Rewards plan.
