2 Impact statistics based on U.S. EIA average annual household usage of 750 gas therms per month, the EPA emission factor of 0.005 metric tons of CO2 per therm of natural gas, and the average carbon footprint of a 16.9 oz PET plastic bottle as determined by the American Chemistry Council. 

3 Available to new residential energy customers switching from another provider. The AGL account number must match the AGL account number enrolled with Green Mountain Energy, and the first and last name must match the name on the prior provider’s bill. Customers have 90 days from their switch request to claim their reimbursement. A final bill from your previous energy provider indicating an Early Termination Fee (ETF) must be sent to servicedesk@greenmountain.com. Once approved, a bill credit will be applied to your account.
