To report a power outage, please contact your Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) for assistance.

What is a TDSP or utility company?

While we supply your electricity, your TDSP, commonly known as a utility company, delivers it. The infrastructure, including wires, transformers and poles, is maintained by your TDSP.
